Nurtur Reader helps users understand online articles by generating summaries, explanations, rewrites, diagrams, reading recommendations, and source-grounded answers inside the browser.
Information We Process
When you use Nurtur, the extension may process article text from the active web page, selected text, questions you ask, and related reading context needed to provide the requested learning features.
If you sign in with Google, we use your Google account identity to authenticate your account and maintain your session.
How We Use Information
- To generate article summaries, explanations, rewrites, diagrams, and answers.
- To save reading-related state needed for the product to work.
- To authenticate users and protect access to account-backed features.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your browser activity for advertising.
- We do not collect page content unless you invoke the extension on that page.
Third-Party Services
Nurtur may send the content needed for a requested feature to backend services and AI providers in order to generate the response. Google is used for sign-in when you choose to authenticate with Google.
Data Retention
We keep information only as needed to provide and improve the service, support account functionality, and comply with operational or legal requirements.
